Helen Racic
Helen is an associate at the firm. Her practice consists of corporate
and securities law matters with particular emphasis on public offerings,
private placements, mergers and acquisitions, qualifying transactions,
reverse take-overs, plans of arrangement, capital pool company listings
and share and asset acquisitions and dispositions. She also advises
public companies with respect to continuous disclosure, corporate
governance and securities law compliance matters, including all dealings
with stock exchanges and securities commissions.
Before joining
the firm, Helen gained experience in corporate, commercial and
securities litigation while articling at a boutique litigation firm,
where she was involved in matters before the Supreme Court of British
Columbia and administrative and regulatory tribunals, including the
British Columbia Securities Commission.
