Morgan Hay
Morgan Hay is an associate lawyer practicing corporate, securities and commercial law. He has assisted clients with a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private placement financings, initial public offerings and stock exchange listings, capital pool company listings and qualifying transactions and reverse take-overs. He also provides legal advice on general corporate and securities matters, including continuous disclosure issues and other securities filing requirements.Morgan's practice focuses on the resource and technology sectors, as well as drafting commercial agreements, including share and asset acquisition agreements, joint venture and option agreements and shareholders' agreements.
